Domoware allows you to manage property-related data such as:
- Properties and units
- Tenant and lease details
- Payments, balances, and charges
- Maintenance requests and communications
This data is stored securely on our cloud infrastructure and is only accessible to you and users you explicitly authorize (such as tenants you invite).
1.3 Automatically Collected Information
We may collect limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited using analytics tools. This data is used for performance monitoring and improvement.
1.4 File Uploads
If you upload files such as property photos, unit photos, or tenant photos, those files are stored securely using cloud infrastructure (AWS S3). We store only what you explicitly upload.

Domoware does not sell personal data.

Tenant Portal Access
Tenants only have access to information explicitly shared with them by the property owner (such as their lease, balance, or maintenance requests). Tenants cannot view other tenants' or properties' data.

We do not use cookies for advertising or sell tracking data.

Unsubscribe / Email Preferences
You can manage which non-critical emails you receive at any time from your Email Preferences page after logging in.
We use Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) to send emails. All emails are sent from @domowareapps.com addresses. We honor all unsubscribe requests immediately.

We retain account and application data only as long as necessary to provide services or comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

Domoware uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and restricted system access.
