Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds work for Domoware services. By subscribing to Domoware, you agree to the terms below.
1. Pro Subscription
Domoware Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly ($19/month) or annually ($149/year) through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
Subscription fees are non-refundable, including:
- Partial billing periods
- Unused time after cancellation
- Missed cancellations prior to renewal
Canceling a subscription stops future charges. Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page in your account.
2. Founding Member & Discounted Offers
Founding Member or discounted offers may include lifetime pricing, early feature access, or other special benefits.
Due to the immediate and long-term value of these offers, Founding Member purchases are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.
3. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated through your bank or card issuer, Domoware reserves the right to:
- Suspend account access
- Disable subscription features
- Revoke portal access associated with the account
Please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback — most billing issues can be resolved quickly.
4. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once for the same service, contact Domoware support. Verified billing errors will be refunded in full.
